Review: From Now On

From Now On by C. W. Farnsworth follows Eve Driscoll and Hunter Morgan who are college classmates who shared a connection back in their freshman year, but do not actually reconnect until their senior year spring break trip. Hunter is struggiling with post graduation uncertainty after having an awesome time winning the hockey championship and Eve is recovering from a breakup and with her plan to chase her New York City artistic dreams. It was so fun to read the reconnection between these two characters. The slow burn and so heartfelt romance was right up my alley. This feeling of their paths always meaning to be interconnected in some way, the "it's always been you" trope, if you will, was perfect. I love having the dual POV so we can get both of their feelings in this story. I felt that their issues were quite realistic and appropriate for their age range and even though I have not been in college for many MANY years, it took me back to that feeling of excitement and uncertainty. This story is easy to read and quite funny and charming. It is on the slow burn side, but I really enjoyed that! If you are a lover of slow burn romances, this is definitely a good one for you.
